Welcome

l am Linda and I want to make mindfulness available to all by bringing it to your home, your workplace or in my friendly Southbourne and Westbourne groups, providing a sense of community to deeply support your practice. I whole-heartedly believe embracing mindfulness can help you to live a more relaxed and grounded life.

Mind full or mindful?

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment - and accepting it without judgment. This helps you to quieten the busy mind and spend less time stuck in the past or worrying about the future.

How does it work?

I will teach you simple meditation techniques and tools to become more aware of your present moment experiences; training your attention to focus on the breath, sensations in the body, sounds, thoughts and feelings. This can be very grounding and increases self-awareness, empowering you to respond mindfully rather than react automatically in times of stress.

Women's Mindfulness for Confidence & Calm,  Friday mornings 9.45-11.30am ( max 4 ladies) session includes meditation, mindful movement, breathwork, ceremonial cacao and sharing, with a recording of the practices to use at home. Block of 4 sessions £110. From my home Westbourne area. Next block starts Jan 2025.  Mindfulness 6-week course to 'Spark your Joy', Jan/Feb 2025. A mindfulness course to help you start 2025 as you mean to go on, this will be a supportive group of 5 women, a 6-week container to connect and lift each other up in the depths of winter. The course will include audios of our sessions and course materials and ongoing support from me throughout. The final session will be a half day retreat. All from the comfort of my own home in Westbourne. Investment £290, to feel seen, heard and held as you move into 2025!

From 'Silence to Sound', women's retreat day @ Happy River 30th November 10-4. (FULLY BOOKED join waitlist) A full day retreat of meditation, journaling, gentle mindful move movement, releasing breathwork and sounds, moving into a joyful afternoon singing workshop guided by the incredible Barefoot Singers. Delicious lunch provided by Vamos Kitchen. (£115 with 1 hour forest sauna, £100 without)

Full day Intention setting Retreat, 19th January 2025 Retreat New Forest 10-4 (Next date Self-Love Retreat, Sat 15th Feb 2025).The day will include meditation, journaling and intention setting, breathwork, ceremonial cacao, sound,  mindful walking, connection to your authentic self and to others . Monthly Ladies Sauna, Sea dip & Meditate sessions @thesaltwatersauna. Festive season sessions 14th December 8am til 9.40am, £30 (sandbanks), New years day special at Avon Beach Sauna 7.45am- 9.30am (£35).

1-to-1 Mindfulness sessions block of 4 sessions with audios for each session. Do you want to be more present, grounded, focussed and at peace? These sessions will give you a mindfulness tool kit to help you to get back in balance. These tools will help you to ride the inevitable waves of life, £220 for a block of 4

Hypnotherapy and NLP (block of 5). To release anxieties, change negative habits and help with fears or self-limiting beliefs.
