Mindfulness & Hypnotherapy

Welcome, my name is Linda and I want to help you to ground, breathe and feel you again.

Come and have a taste of mindfulness on my weekly zoom group 8-9pm on Thursday evenings. Join me from the comfort of my home in Alum Chine for a personalised block (usually 4-6 sessions) of hypnotherapy sessions to make the changes you want to see in your life or mindfulness sessions to improve your self-awareness, focus and presence. I also run women’s mindfulness 1 to1s, courses and mini retreat mornings with ceremonial cacao at home on weekday mornings.

If you want to go further, you can treat yourself to a full day retreat to totally shift gear from the constant doing mode into a full day of simply being, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the mindfulness practices (breathwork, meditation, journalling, mindful walking in nature, sound/ voicework) so you can connect with yourself, others and nature and remind yourself of your true intentions beneath all the busyness of life.

Exercise your nervous system with hot/cold exposure on my monthly Ladies ‘Sauna, Sea Dips & Meditate at the incredible Salt Water Sauna (Sandbanks) these sessions promise to leave you feeling grounded yet fully alive!

Ladies Sauna, Sea dips & Meditate @ The Saltwater Sauna Sandbanks.

 Join me to supercharge your day with a wonderful group of women, we meet outside the  sauna at 8am, the session includes 65minutes at the incredible salt water sauna, we alternate between 10-15 minutes in sauna (with guided meditations) and sea dips, to RESET the whole nervous system and leave feeling grounded and empowered.

These are my favourite sessions of the month, we come alive as women, jumping and laughing in the waves and connecting in stillness in the sauna

Womens' Mindfulness Mornings, Fridays 9.45-11.30am 

A lovely group of ladies empowering one another to live with Confidence, Calm & Connection

Come and join us to Move, Breathe and Meditate. The session includes, breathwork, meditations, gentle movement and sound to help you to find balance in body/mind and take this out into life. We ground together, we share, we journal, we sip ceremonial cacao, I guide you in movement, chanting, meditations, breathwork, when the weather is good we occasionally finish with a stroll through alum chine.

This is a really intimate session, max 4 ladies so booking and payment is taken in advance. This session is truly good for the soul. Mindfulness Retreat Days Intention Setting Retreat Jan 19th 2025, at the Retreat New Forest, with Lunch by Vegan Magda (Next date Self-Love Retreat 15th Feb)  BOOK HERE

Coming on a retreat day offers you the chance to let go of your responsibilities and just BE you, to shift gear from the constant doing and striving and to ground in the present and connect with your inner self in at the beautiful Retreat New Forest. This day is suitable for all. As an introduction to the main mindfulness practices if you are new to mindfulness, or an opportunity to deepen your practice if you already have some experience.

  • a grounding/ settling meditation
  • Breathwork
  • Gentle mindful movement
  •  a deep, mindfulness body scan relaxation where you lie down and I will guide you through the body visualising each part being warmed by the sun’s energy and letting go of the stresses and strains being held in the body.
  • Cacao and a healing chant as women
  • Delicious healthy lunch and sweet treat served by Vegan Magda
  • Time for mindful reflection and guided journaling/ intention setting
  • Guided mindfulness visualisations, to ground, let go and release what no longer serves.
  • Mindful walking in Nature

1-to-1 Therapy Session's 

Block of 5 sessions to address a specific issue using tools from Hypnotherapy, NLP & Mindfulness (Release, Relearn & Rewire)
