Welcome, my name is Linda and I want to help you to ground, breathe and feel you again.
Come and have a taste of mindfulness on my weekly zoom group 8-9pm on Thursday evenings. Join me from the comfort of my home in Alum Chine for a personalised block (usually 4-6 sessions) of hypnotherapy sessions to make the changes you want to see in your life or mindfulness sessions to improve your self-awareness, focus and presence. I also run women’s mindfulness 1 to1s, courses and mini retreat mornings with ceremonial cacao at home on weekday mornings.
If you want to go further, you can treat yourself to a full day retreat to totally shift gear from the constant doing mode into a full day of simply being, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the mindfulness practices (breathwork, meditation, journalling, mindful walking in nature, sound/ voicework) so you can connect with yourself, others and nature and remind yourself of your true intentions beneath all the busyness of life.
