l am Linda and I want to make mindfulness available to all by bringing it to your home, your workplace or in my friendly Southbourne and Westbourne groups, providing a sense of community to deeply support your practice. I whole-heartedly believe embracing mindfulness can help you to live a more relaxed and grounded life.

Mindfulness is the practice of purposely focusing your attention on the present moment - and accepting it without judgment. This helps you to quieten the busy mind and spend less time stuck in the past or worrying about the future.
I will teach you simple meditation techniques and tools to become more aware of your present moment experiences; training your attention to focus on the breath, sensations in the body, sounds, thoughts and feelings. This can be very grounding and increases self-awareness, empowering you to respond mindfully rather than react automatically in times of stress.

Wednesday wellness session, Weekly mindfulness sessions, Bar Beyond West Cliff, 7 til 8.15pm every wednesday. Breathe, gently stretch/move for 15 minutes and then let go into a deeply relaxing meditation, finish with a chat and a mini spicey tea. £10 drop in £45 block of 5 BOOK NOW
