Hi I’m Linda and you have probably found my page because you are feeling stuck, out of balance, overwhelmed. I am here to help you feel seen, heard and held, to teach you skills that can get you back in balance, back to feeling you again.
I found mindfulness in 2009 when I was living out in Thailand for 3 years teaching English in the refugee community, I worked with adults and orphaned children who had lost everything and saw how their daily meditation practice bought them inner peace, hope, even joy in the midst of it all.
At that point in my life I smoked and I drank every evening, I was in my 20s loving my work, serving others connecting with humans at a deeper level has always been my WHY.
I spent 10 years living abroad, helping humans whilst exploring the World (and escaping the wounds of my past traumas along the way). I loved my work, the people I met, the cultures and places I saw but still did not feel the peace and balance in myself I longed to feel. In 2014, I returned to the UK as my young active, mum suffered a severe stroke which left her needing to learn to walk and talk again, it was time to serve my family and revisit my past. Whilst caring for my mum, I met my husband Stuart, I started to feel safe, to make roots, I started to feel, I started to heal.
I have spent much of the last 10 years training first to teach mindfulness at post graduate level to raise self-awareness, self-acceptance and presence and to complete further training to become a Clinical Hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner, helping me to release old patterns, relearn new ones and rewire my mind.
I no longer smoke or drink any alcohol, I have made much peace with my past (this is an ongoing process), I used hypnobirthing to naturally birth my daughter and can proudly say I am breaking a longstanding cycle in the way I raise her. I feel safe and content nowadays and my purpose on this planet is to help you to feel the same. To let go of unhealthy thought patterns, habits and coping strategies, to be safe enough to feel, to heal and to share that healing path with your loved ones and your children. I want you to guide you in stepping into your truth and being the happiest most authentic version of yourself….as we all deserve.
The biggest step can be reaching out for help, message me to book a free 15-minute call to chat through the changes you want to make and check I feel like the right person to help you, no judgement, no obligations.
In loving service to growth, yours and my own
Linda x

I am also a fully qualified (and insured) Clinical Hypnotherapist (2021),following a Cognitive behavioural Hypnotherapy approach and I am trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming NLP and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I studied hypnotherapy and NLP at the gold standard Anglo-European college of therapeutic hypnosis with Adam Eason. After qualifying I was selected as a teaching assistant at the college, helping others to become qualified hypnotherapists. I have been working at Wessex Cancer support for over a year delivering Hypnotherapy sessions to people with cancer and their relatives.
I have 15-years personal mindfulness meditation experience and 10-years experience in guiding groups, corporate classes (Old Mutual Wealth, The NHS nurses away days, Catalyst Property Finance) and 1-to-1s. I have had the joy of sharing the benefits of mindfulness with hundreds of people to raise focus, presence and self-acceptance.
Linda is one of the most thoughtful, grounded and sincere people I have ever met. I started this journey with extreme anxiety, unable to see a way forward or to even do simple things that are ‘normal’ to most. Six weeks on and I can relax, I can look forward to things, I can do the things at one point I never thought I would. I also have the tools I need for the future. This is all down to you Linda and I will never be able to THANK YOU ENOUGH.
